The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped me when I was feeling unwell. They also helped celebrate a birthday with beautiful messages and a surprise cake.

Large two bedroom villa with pool and the staff were amazing and very helpful.

Property is needing repairs, pool tiles were broken and falling off, the kitchen tap was damaged and a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Was very loud being so close to the road and the air conditioning on the main building.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The shuttle service was great, especially when travelling with a toddler. The staff went above and beyond to arrange a cot for us, which was appreciated.

Breakfast was convenient. However, the service was a little slow, especially when preordering the day prior and indicating time we we're coming for breakfast.

We had an incredible stay at this villa in Bali and truly want to thank the entire team for making our trip so memorable. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. The staff showed us every part of the villa, offered complimentary drinks, and provided life jackets for our kids so they could safely enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. It immediately made us feel relaxed and taken care of. We were traveling with a child who has celiac disease, and the team went above and beyond to ensure his meals were safe. At breakfast they carefully adapted his food and even took photos of the ingredient labels so we could confirm everything was gluten-free. That level of care gave us real peace of mind. Throughout our stay the staff was always attentive and proactive. For example, they installed additional mosquito repellent devices in the villa to make the environment even more comfortable. On another occasion, they kindly coordinated with a nearby pharmacy, obtained medication for us, and arranged for a driver to bring it to the hotel quickly. Their support and responsiveness were exceptional. I also had the chance to celebrate my birthday during our stay. The team arranged for breakfast to be served in our villa so we could enjoy it by the pool with our family, and later surprised me with a cake and came to sing happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and special moment. The hotel’s driver was fantastic as well. We booked him for two days and he shared many helpful tips and took us to wonderful places around Bali such as the Monkey Forest, Mason Elephant Park, waterfalls, rice plantations, and local handmade jewelry shops. Whenever he was available, he was also happy to drive us a few minutes to nearby restaurants or gyms. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and it had everything we needed to prepare simple meals when we wanted. We truly loved our stay.
