La ubicación . No hay Uber ni Didi . Hay que caminar de 20 a 30 minutos para ir a la playa o a la Quinta Avenida .

"Pésimo sabor de boca"

La ubicación es buena.

Olvide unas cosas que reporte al personal para ir a recogerlas y me negaron que estaban ahí aun cuando se que las deje y donde las deje. Que lamentable que roben las pertenencias que se olvidan.

"Pésima atención al cliente y logística para las reservas"

La ubicación

Su mala logística y pésima atención al cliente, extendí mi estancia y decidieron cambiarme de habitación porque no se dieron cuenta y asignaron mi habitación a otra persona en lugar de asignar una nueva al nuevo huésped haciéndome perder 4 horas en lo que hacían el cambio porque se les olvido avisarme que la nueva habitación tardaría en estar lista. No tienen capacidad operativa ni canales adecuados de comunicación ni atención al cliente y las quejas no les importan porque solo responden que que pena pero están haciendo lo que pueden con lo que tienen.

Unfortunately, we arrived during the renovation of Avenue 10, and work was already underway every morning. But it was bearable.

Die Lage und das geräumige Zimmer. Auch der Roof Top Pool ist für diesen Preis sehr schön.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wär direkt hinter unserer Zimmerwand eine Baustelle. Hier wurde von 06:00 a.m. bis 6 p.m. gearbeitet. Zudem wurde die Straße vor uns komplett aufgerissen und neu geteert.
