¡Todo fue excelente! Desde la atención del personal, siempre atentos y amables, hasta cada detalle de la habitación, amplia y perfectamente equipada. Realmente se siente como un lugar pensado para descansar y disfrutar al máximo. La alberca y su vista superaron todas mis expectativas, es un espacio increíble para relajarse. Sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en Playa del Carmen, lo recomiendo al 100% y estoy seguro de que volveré.

El apartamento era amplio

La ducha estaba rota, no salia agua caliente y por el grifo ni salía agua. Nos pusimos en contacto con la dueña pero nos dijo que tardarían días en arreglarlo. Es decir, estuvimos toda nuestra estancia sin ducha y aún habiendo reclamado con Booking la dueña no se mostró dispuesta a colaborar. Le han abierto un expediente.

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento. La habitación era más bien como un departamento, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y disfrutar la estancia cómodamente. La vista desde la alberca estaba padrísima, ideal para relajarse. Definitivamente volveré.

La ubicación, es un Departamento muy bonito, moderno y acogedor

solo tengo una inquietud, todas las llaves de agua en mal estado y el aire dura bastante en enfriar, por lo demás todo muy bien

La limpieza del lugar es impecable, el servicio del personal siempre amable y atento. El loft es amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. La vista desde la alberca es espectacular. No hay nada malo que decir y, sin duda, volveré.

Todo estuvo muy bien durante mi estancia en pareja.

La zona dell’appartamento non era male, anche il condominio e il mobilio sembrava abbastanza nuovo. La cucina aveva abbastanza utensili

Non c’è il phon - cosa che mi aspetto da una struttura a 5 stelle. Non c’era acqua calda, assurdo - e l’acqua che usciva dai rubinetti del bagno era davvero pochissima, era complicato lavarsi. Dopo averlo fatto notare alla struttura non sono comunque intervenuti e anche il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda. Camera rumorosa
