The proprietor was fantastic and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The living space is lovely with amazing views of the fells from the very comfortable and light living room. The location is great - although only a 5 minute walk into the town centre, the property is situated a sufficient distance to feel as if you are very much away from everything.

The room was immaculate and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable. The residence is in a quiet area but close to amenities.

The only minor thing was the humming of the mini fridge but I got used to it

The room and en-suite was clean, comfortable and very well presented. The location was perfect - on a quiet street with lovely views and a very short walk into the main hub. Ethna the host couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

Fantastic views from the location, over looking Ambleside. Rooms, nice and bright and comfortable. Ethan the host, very welcoming and warm. A short walk away from the main bust stop, laundry mat and Indian restaurant.

Great view and location (only a few minutes walk into the centre of Ambleside) with lovely hosts. The flat has everything you need including a super comfortable bed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again !

Everything! I really loved my stay, from the cleanliness to the location, the amount of space and the little touches but most of all the friendliness. Ethna was such a warm, friendly, professional and helpful host, I cannot recommend enough.

Ethna was very accommodating and helpful when we were late to check-in. Really great hosts. Also, excellent location and really comfortable apartment, really clean with everything you could need for a weekend away! Would highly recommend staying here.

Very attentive, kind and helpful host. Very close to city centre the the lake, about 10-15 minutes walk. The room was very clean and had a relaxing view.

Ethna our host could not be more helpful or welcoming! A late evening arrival was met with smiles. The beautiful top floor apartment was immaculate and even better than expected. The apartment was modern and homely with the hot drink selection, milk and marmalade - all a great touch! The location was perfectly idyllic up on the hill of Ambleside, yet only a 2min walk down to the village buzz. Ethna also provided restaurant and walking tips, also a rucksack for us to pack ALL of the snacks for easily accessible walks directly from the apartment. Thank you 😊
