Only the rooms above the lobby area are good

The rooms which are down like the cottage room and deluxe room the are not good at all no proper service and no cleanliness

Very Poor Expeience. ...We traveled with our two kids and a 75-year-old parent. After booking online, we were assigned a room on the back side of the hotel, not in the main building. Access required driving on narrow, unsafe mountain roads, and the room was 100–200 m away from the main entrance. The restaurant and facilities were very far and required climbing over 100 stairs, with no lift and no room service. This made it impossible for us to have dinner. The room location is not clearly disclosed during online booking, which is misleading. There is a swimming pool nearby, but it was very dirty and unusable (photos shared). Families with elderly people or children should confirm room location before booking.

الموقع ممتاز لكن الفترة التي أقمنا فيها لمن يكن الفندق مزحوم بالزوار لذلك الإفطار لم يكن بوفية، فقط بالطلب.

حوض السباحة لم يكن نظيفاً وبعد موقع حوض السباحة يحتاج جهد للوصول إليه وخاصة لأصحاب الوزن الثقيل وكبار السن أيضاً غرفة الرياضة تفتح 7:00 صباحاً وتغلق 7:00 مساء وهذي من السلبيات الي واجهناها في الفندق.

Beautiful place with lovely staffs Location is pretty too We did get a complimentary upgrade and the staffs go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

This is not about the property rather munnar itself, If you plan for excursion make sure you check the weather as monsoon time lots of excursion will be shutdown for safety reason
