Very convenient for Lincoln either on foot or by bus.

Central heating was turned off,very cold at night.

Location, and free secure parking were good. The cleaners were friendly.

We couldn't get into the room with the code provided, as the code wasn't fully given. The bed was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. THE Mattress needs replacing asap, could feel every spring and a big dip on one side of the mattress. The shower head wasn't secure and wouldn't stay upright, the shower basin filled up quickly and struggled to drain

I have submitted an official complaint to the company, Simply Stay, who run this hotel regarding drug paraphernalia found in the room. They have chosen not to reply.

Everything i got robbed £800 cloths taken aftershave worth £300 took police called no-one came didn’t have no where to sleep they had another room but chose not to help us horrible experience highly advise to not book random ppl coming in and out ppl walking in other rooms all key code the same they changed all locks still ppl had problems even tho police have now got cctv footage of three ppl going into our room to rob us nothing can be done the cherry on top is that the guys that came in and stole everything plus cloths changed into my husbands clothes and left there dirt boxers and a cap behind disgusting staff was useless looked like they were on something they need to close this place down before someone ends up getting stabbed looks that way!

My experience at the Hamilton Hotel was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. During my stay, I witnessed individuals using illegal drugs on the property, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my safety. I contacted management to report the situation, expecting prompt action or at least some reassurance. Unfortunately, no meaningful support was offered, and my concerns were not taken seriously. This lack of response only made the situation worse and left me feeling intimidated and vulnerable. Due to the environment and lack of action from staff, I made the decision to leave early for my own safety. To make matters worse, no refund or compensation was offered despite the circumstances. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Your safety and peace of mind are far more valuable—it simply isn’t worth the risk.

It stated in my confirmation email that was a complimentary breakfast which there was not

Being attacked from the moment we stepped through the main door till the police had to escort the perprater The bathroom had hair from previous guests. There was no hair dryer no toiletries
