The heater wasn't working and a bed bug was seen in the bedroom at the back of the bed which made us to move out of the hotel and a call was put through to the hotel who redirect to speak with booking.com who where not reachable

Very easy to deal with, lovely and warm!

Poor communication with staff. No heating, no hot water. Smelt like piss and fags. Little tiny heater that didn’t hardly work

the windows were boarded up, the locks didn’t work and when we got home after a night out there was a stranger asleep in our room

no reception only over the phone, could hardly understand the person on the phone, the room was freezing, only 1 tiny oil filled radiator not even plugged in, breakfast a joke,4 slices of bread in a plastic bag, i would not even sit on the bed, one look in the bathroom shower mouldy, this place is a disgrace, we walked out and drove 84 miles back home spoiling a family party, your company should be prosecuted under the trades description act.
