The room was comfortable

Because it’s unmanned I had difficulty getting access to the hotel and my room

good location just 20 minute walk into town. wasn't expecting to get free Netflix. that was a huge plus. room was clean

the shared bathroom was inconvenient but it is what i paid for. room was a little dated. walls too thin could hear people walking up and down in there room etc.

A great value basic accomodation with spacious room, very clean ensuite and well equipped, clean shared kitchen. Nice period features to main house.

Very poor mattress in desperate need of replacement in room 2- very saggy and I could feel every single metal spring!! Got No sleep on first night. On second night I had to stuff my coat, jumper, towels onto the bed to try to minimise discomfort. Be aware that room 2 is on a busy road and only has period sash windows so there is traffic noise all night. Car park is very tight for parking. Would benefit from slight improvements to room layout/electrics - no sockets by bed and no sockets or light by the dressing/work table.

Ease of secure entry & exit using PIN codes. Parking allocated to room number & bus stop outside property directly into Lincoln centre.

Mattress needs replacing! Felt every spring & coil.
