I like the breakfast the views the room security I liked everything about the room and the property itself

Unfortunately there was no hot water in no rooms for a bath or shower so that’s the only downfall no hot water anywhere

We were woken up by someone trying to shouting aggressively and trying to break into our hotel room via the window. We called the emergency contact number for the hotel and received no support. We were lied to when told someone would come to the hotel and check on the situation, because no one did. No one followed up to see if we were ok and the person who lied to us about someone coming to check also had the nerve to ask US to confront the person trying to break into our room at 5am! We have received NO RESPONSE from the hotel since trying to contact them about this incident since our stay and are appalled by the lack of care about our safety and comfort at the hotel as it's patrons

We liked the facilities including the useful fridge. It was good to be able to make breakfast.

It was a shame one of the toasters didn't work and the mattress was a little uncomfortable.

I liked my room. It was clean and with a nice mattress. The view was nice, big windows, nice WC with a shower. For the money we were charged the quality was quite good.

There was this sense that the air inside the house was not fresh. There was nobody there to welcome us or give the feeling that someone is watching the place from intruders. In general not very safe. The kitchen's table not very clean.

Very good for the purpose I needed it for - 1 night stay before a business meeting. Very well maintained, clean, very well organised, staff were very helpful, hot water in the shower, close to city centre, nice location, it felt safe overnight, free parking was a bonus I wasn't expecting. The breakfast is reasonable given the price, I had a tee and a biscuit, it was nice to have something but I wouldn't call it breakfast. Still worth every penny.
