Xanadu Makadi Bay - High Class All Inclusive

I stayed here for 8 nights with my family, was a lovely holiday the restaurant, housekeeping and reception staff were amazing couldn't do enough for you, and for this alone i would return the food was so good drinks was good, the grounds and resort was beautiful. however what ruined it for us was the entertainment staff, we felt like we was being a nuisance to them witnessed on a few occasions them pointing and whispering at us although not everyone the kids and animation staff defiantly need some training in how to be open and friendly to all guests, when my daughter went into fancyland she was told Russians only a guest, and the staff member did nothing to try and rectify this, it seems coral travel seem to have the monopoly of this and any other guests seem to just get in the way, although we was really happy with the rest of the holiday for this alone we will be finding another hotel to stay at next time we return to Egypt

This was our third stay at this hotel, and we can't wait to go back. We now think of it as our home in the sun. Everything about the Xanadu is excellent, but as other people have said, it is the staff who really make this hotel outstanding. From the minute you arrive, you are made to feel welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. A few members of staff deserve special mention: Sarah who checked us in, Mohamed who kept our room beautifully clean, and surprised us daily with his towel art, Hamdy and Mahmoud in the Otia restaurant, and Youssef at the Lagoon Bar. Good staff respond to your requirements, excellent staff ANTICIPATE your requirements, and that's what the staff at the Xanadu do. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

High quality service , clean room, different type of food , amazing atmosphere, all facility available , sand beach there assume

Everything was wonderful, from the rooms to the restaurants, pools, and beach. Even the staff's service was more than wonderful.

I was 3 times at this hotel and i will come back ..i think that it says everything about my opinion on this hotel...10 out of 10 for every services!!!

Absolutely wonderful hotel ,probably the best ever hotel I've stayed in and that includes hotels all over the globe including cruise ships.

Very good location, perfect vibes and atmosphere, rooms were excellent and not very expensive, it will be a very good memories and hope to visit it more and more as soon as possible

3221 - first time to Xanadu Makadi bay and will definitely not be the last. All staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room cleaner was brilliant with a brand new fresh piece of towel art everyday. Hotel was spotless, and even though it is so large, it never felt overly busy with guests. Al a carte restaurants are great and even the buffet restaurant is better than other well known hotel chains we have visited
