Property is on main road and due to long vacation the road was quite noisy till late night disturbing our good sleep which is basic requirement of any stay.

We decided not to go for it.

The hotel is located in middle of the busy road. There is no sea view, not even closer to sea. Very claustrophobic and congested. We were not even given the choice of room we wanted and an extra bed was almost 2000 rs extra.the rooms did not even have a proper window. The room was stinky with fungus / damp smell. Not worth the money it is charging. In the name of a heritage home, it's charging a bomb. We finally decided not to go for it and look elsewhere. . It is this kind of experience, that is why we are scared to make advance payments for blocking rooms.

They really care about your safety.

I guess the shower is limited after a certain time.

The location was 15-20 mins walk from the beach and few beautiful cafe. The New bus stand is nearby.

The hotel is located in the midst of a busy road, bustling with vehicles, scooters, auto-rickshaws, bicycles, and a variety of eateries, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. If you prefer staying in a lively market area, this location might work for you. However, I personally favor a calm and serene environment while traveling. This is a heritage hotel, which means it has historical significance, but unfortunately, the charm of the heritage aspect is overshadowed by the noise and chaos of the road. The rooms are quite dark, lacking fresh air and natural light, so we found ourselves needing to turn on the lights even during the day. Additionally, we were served the same breakfast every day, which became quite repetitive.
