The location was amazing, felt very remote but didn't take too long to get to. The lodge is in a beautiful setting where you can swim in the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Romulo was an excellent guide and host, making sure the trip was special and coordinating all the excursions. The food was great - especially the river fish and the caiprinhas. We really enjoyed the excursions, particularly the local ones

Romulo, who was our guide and after meeting us at the airport, stayed with us, he was invaluable. Very knowledgeable and good fun. The property was perfectly placed, after a car and fast boat ride from the airport. Our lodges were spacious and clean.

We had three choices for food, chicken, fish or red meat. Nothing like the menu we saw online. There was also no alcohol, again the opposite to what was stated. It was not a problem for us, but was an incorrect description.

Tutto. La posizione, l’organizzazione, l’attenzione ai particolari, il cibo straordinario, i Ragazzi che mi hanno guidato e accompagnato nelle escursioni che sono state fantastiche. Ho girato tantissimo il mondo ma credo che questi 5 giorno al Ponta Poranga Jungle Lodge rappresentino per emozioni, qualità, servizio e affidabilità il viaggio più bello della mia vita. Grazie Alexander, Rómulo, Giovanni e tutti gli altri Collaboratori che ho avuto il piacere di incontrare in questi giorni fiabeschi.

È spiacevole non trovare niente che non ti piace ma per scrivere qualche cosa posso banalmente dire che aggiungerei una abat jour vicino al letto all’interno dello chalet e metterei una presa di corrente elettrica più vicina per poter caricare il telefono mentre lo sto utilizzando anche perché il servizio Wi-Fi veloce con Sky link è stato eccellente e quindi è difficile non condividere immediatamente via telefono le emozioni che l’Amazzonia mi ha regalato.

Schöne Lodge in der Wildnis. Man ist wirklich sofort in Regenwald, wenn man die Anlage verlässt. Es gab zumindest bei meinem Besuch nahezu keine Moskitos, dafür schnelles Internet und gutes Essen. Auf der Anlage springen sogar manchmal Capybara herum. Die Bungalows sind geräumig und haben eine schöne Terrasse.

Alles ist ein bisschen überteuert für die Leistung. Das Getränkeangebot war begrenzt, Bier und Cola musst man sich selbst aus der Stadt mitbringen. Nach einem Regen fiel der Strom aus, das Notstromaggregat gab irgendwann auch seinen Dienst auf - das würde ich aber eher mal als Abenteuer verbuchen.

Very nice accommodation. Really enjoyed the boat ride through the flooded woodland to arrive there. Amazing feeling of being in the jungle, the birds. The guide was excellent and very attentive and told me some very entertaining stories. He was a very nice guy and made me feel very comfortable during the trip. Food was also great.

Quite expensive and you have to plan carefully the activities as they aren’t all near the hotel.
