Mountains were beautiful

The room was outdated. The TV was very tiny and we could not get netflix or amazon prime to come up. We also had an issue where my husband could not get back into our room. Check out said 1000, this happened at 0800. Then we got a text about some work order. Which we never put in a work order.

I’ve been there before for my 50th birthday two years ago no party just relaxing and the view the deer the quiet was at its best. Had family with me but this visit was pretty much the same came to celebrate a 60th birthday as a couple to do the exact same lay back and relax and it was quiet peaceful and serene.

The hot water literally no exaggeration took about 5 minutes to warm up. If you had to use the bathroom you had to turn the water on before you used it. The water in the kitchen and both bathrooms had to be turned on way before it was time to do whatever you needed the entry for. And the fireplace supposed to be an added amenity and it didnt work. As well as the hot tub jets weren’t clean.

That half the things were closed or only opened a few days a week. I chose this place for Spring Break and if I knew most things were closed (even though it said open online) I wouldn't have booked a stay there. We had issues with AC unit and had to move condos. There were way too many activities that charged additional fees. The daily resort fees, should have included more than just pool and rec center, which most hotels usually have the same. It didn't make any difference than booking a place in the nearest city. I expected more for the price!
