The hot tub had way too much chlorine; it irritated my skin badly and really hurt.

"aside from the people in 214A I had a very relaxing time."

Facility was beautiful. Staff was efficient and very friendly. Setting was incredible

The only issue was the family that checked in above me liked to smoke a lot of weed...it was very strong in the building. this is not a staff issue at all. Not sure if anything could be done about it however it was quite annoying.

"time share Gold card members get the best experience. the best restaurant opened at 11am? So late!"

location was pretty

its actually a time share property and not a traditional hotel although it was advertised like a hotel. I had to drive 2 miles to get my water bottle filled from Hotel # 4. Also the one amenity I wanted to use was a pool and it closed early

"Great location, friendly staff, lovely countryside and lots to do in the area."

Good layout, nice views, convenient parking. Great restaurants and loved the surrounding wildlife.

Pillows could do with being replaced and the room could do with a bit of maintenance to freshen it up and repair wear and tear.
