Larnaca Comfort Rooms With Smart TV & Netflix

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. I have never had such a bad experience before. There was no staff available to guide us. No one told us where our room was or where to get the room key. Even the lift was not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing and poorly managed hotel

There was nothing to like because the agent only provided half the acommodation we paid for. We booked and paid for a 4 bedroom apartment that the agent did not supply. This left 4 adults with no accomodation so we had to find and pay for alternative accomodation because it took 3 days to reach the agent.

The agent, Holidayzer did not respond to my repeated phone calls and messages. After several Whatsapp mesages and 3 days later, the agent offered a 3 bedroom apartment. We had already made other arrangements by then and explained that their offer was 1 bedroom too small and 3 days too late!
