What a great place, wonderful staff and excellent food and drinks. Beautiful views and relaxed vibes

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is so peaceful and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was delicious!

Tv was a little difficult to navigate however, the staff were happy to help.

Staff was very accommodating and went out of the way for you. Beautiful room, and the view was georgous!

The property is nice. Entrance and lobby are inviting. Signs of wear in some areas suggest there has been some renovation but it's not quite there yet. Our room was quite small. Limited suppkies (no soap, half toilet paper roll, 1 towel each. No hand towels) Breakfast was similar to any chain. Disappointing for the price

This property offers elegance and beauty to the eyes. Dinner was lovely but a bit out dated and could have some great menu options such as few pasta dishes maybe go international with a butter chicken or penne vodka or a Cantonese chow Mein . Other than that the staff is great . The breakfast compared to other hotels in the area is far better than the cookie cutter continental breakfast. Room for improvement but never the less better .

I thought that the property could use some maintenance and the WiFi in the rooms is not enough. Offer regular tv at least . Some amenities were skimpy at best and the soaker tub drain did not work and having staff fix it during our stay seemed a bit strange . I was disappointed that we had only two small towels and the one floor towel was stepped on by the staff while trying to fix the tub . I’m grateful to be able to stay but I think that the management should read the reviews and do some serious improvement lists . At least have the hallway carpets cleaned . How many people have to mention it .

The front lady staff was friendly and accommodating.

The ac broke down on the first night in room 9. There was barely one full toilet roll for 2 nights day and the mister / diffuser wasnt equipped. The second day on my birthday we got transferred to another room, it had a damp wet old motel smell, had no soap bar and the battery on the TV remote didn't work and there was no door leading to the toilet in room 1 and the table in the room kept rocking with the flow of air and had made a weird noise which was stopped by putting a mask under one of the legs. I ended up in the emergency on my birthday with high blood pressure and stress due to the heat from sleeping with warm ac air and the constant thought of discomfort. The breakfast was not enough with barely any juice when we got in the first day. And upon request, it was filled up. Second day I had given up on any standards of expectation on breakfast. It was really disappointing and with no compensation and detrimental to health. For any one going there I would ask them to check the room before getting settled. I was told on a follow up but it seems hospitality is a lost cause at this resort.

Very nice rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Many areas being improved around site. No luggage carts.
