It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pretty location, nice beds and linens. Helpful staff.

Not much in the way of amenities. 2 bedroom unit lacked a nice common area.

Our breakfast was a 10. Delicious and fresh. A good portion size. We're not expecting such a lovely breakfast.

We had an issue with hot water. At first no hot water. I mentioned to the desk manager who was in it right away. However when we returned to the room, we then had no cold water. I didn't mentioned it again. I felt the front entrance needed some attention. The flowers were minimal and there were weeds. A shame for first impressions.

Probably the best resort I have been. From clean property, quiet environment, friendly staff. Elegant hallway and we were surprised how fancy the bathroom and our room in general looks like. Not spacious because we had two king beds but overall we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back! The bed was so comfy wish we could stay one more night.

Very nice resort, new and nice, everything was great great great, ... except the bed mattress, was too soft roll right off mattress at the side, if right in middle sink in too much.

The bed is very comfortable, just right. Breakfast is also very good. Staff is courteous.

Bathroom missing towels. Bath tube is very tall and hard to get in. Ok let's say you cannot fix that can we at least have shower curtain? This thing is a must fix: reception ask customer to write down their credit card information on a piece of PAPER (in case I need to be charged for damages). This is an unacceptable risk to the customer because we would not know who can see this information. I offered to pay deposit of $200 up front on my cc and to be refunded later. That was declined. They ended up waiving the deposit which is ok. Please find a modern, secure way of handling deposit and checkin. You are a luxury hotel, you need to do things properly, not with hand written notes and paper.
