Ease of booking and check in / out. Location superb in centre of Whitby with views of the Abbey. Comfortable accommodation for a couple of nights. Bed very comfortable. Spacious accommodation

The communal entrance was quite tired and had a smell of damp. There was some smell of drains in the kitchen area / bathroom on occasion. The flat could do with a little refresh. A bathmat would have been helpful when showering.

The rate should be all inclusive the £25.00 extra charge in my opinion a con the access to the apartment very tired

Not at all what we expected it was on top off a big hill to far to walk into town with a wheelchair does not match details

It was on the 4th floor of the house would not of booked it if that was in description and still waiting for scratche card for parking toilet seat needs repair Cups and glasses dirty windows and bathroom needs cleaning office stay were not interested st all wouldn't not go back or use this company again

Fab location, great views, lovely large apartment

Being on the 3rd floor bringing in luggage but you wouldn't get the views without it

Unable to find appartment once inside the building as no mention of Abbey Nest on door and no information to me saying it was appartment 6

Security lighting could have been better when entering building going in blind with a mobile phone torch up 60 stairs 😒
