アーリーチャックインさせていただき、尚且つロンドン市内にバスと電車を乗り継いでいく方法を バスに同乗いただいて帰り方もご教授戴きました。大変心温まる対応で感謝しています。

翌朝、チャックアウト時には担当が変わり、夜遅くまで酒を飲み騒がれ、朝チャックアウト時、熟睡され3階から階段で 荷物を下ろす時も対応が遅れ、タクシーで帰るさえもすぐ寝られて対応が悪かった。

The shower was only hot or scalding! We needed cold showers especially on our burnt skin due to extremely hot weather.

Great location to the airport,staff was helpful, beautiful portuguese restaurant on the main road

Lack of ventilation in the room

Conveniently located close to the Heathrow airport.

Unfortunately the day I stayed here was the hottest day of June and the room was too hot as it is not air conditioned.

Staff were helpful

Replace the soiled carpets. No air conditioning.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. This time, the room was not as nice as the last time I stayed there. But the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well with good hot water. I would stay there again.

As my room was under the roof with only a small window, it was difficult to get good air circulation, especially in the heat we just had.

Did not stay after checking in to property.

Dirty, noisy and not as advertised

The location was close to the airport

Ants in the kettle and all over the table, cold water in the shower was broken and the water was scalding, bed was not very comfortable.
