Humbug Cottage

Fabulous little cottage in a great location and everything you need & more on the doorstep. Very clean & comfortable would stay here again.

Humbug Cottage was a lovely house in a great location.

The lack of a downstairs toilet was a shame and you need to go through bedrooms to get to bathrooms.. but only a minor issue. Also a warning about the church bells next door going off every hour throughout the night!

Beautiful property and fabulous host

Absolutely everything was covered, the accomodation was amazing and clean and really comfortable and homely. We were left some home made brownies that were delicious too! The kitchen was really well equipped and there was a handy guide to staying in Much We lock.

There was no complaints whatsoever with our stay, as a family of six there aren't many trips where absolutely everyone is happy but this cottage had us all covered right down to a collection of great children's books!

Great location for exploring Much Wenlock. Lots of options to choose for places to eat. Quirky property and very clean.

Be prepared for a few low ceilings but this is a very old property so is to be expected.

No family bathroom so a bit odd to have to go through someone else’s bedroom to access a toilet in the middle of the night

Loved the quaintness of the property. Very comfortable. The massive chocolate brownie left for us was wonderful. Lovely area of the country. Plenty to see and do.

There does seem to be a small problem with flies down stairs.
