I booked last minute ln B.com and what a disappointment. The pictures is years ago the place is old and falling apart. Cleaning is not very good and the construction all around even to get to the beach is lots of steps and small narrow passage with construction and sewage lines. I wanted to move and cancel my booking but was 2 late don’t bother for more the 2mil you just paying for the view that’s all. I don’t have hair but when I checked in the bathroom was full of hair the bed is so close to the railing no space to move. If you have suitcases good luck with carrying them up and down more than 30 steps. I don’t recommend you book here at all not worth the time and Money. Spend more the 20min just looking for the place poor and almost no signage.

Photos are deceptive as they do not match what you are booking at all. Our view was half blocked by another roof top which was not in the photos as advertised. Shared balcony with other guests with just a day curtain affecting privacy was not highlighted as well. Hence, a nasty surprise upon arrival. Over-priced for such a small room & shared balcony, but overlooked it as it was advertised to have a full sea view fr the balcony. The shared balcony was a shocker affecting privacy. I believe these issues were commented previously in their reviews by other guests. But, they failed to address it or change the deceptive photos. This unpleasant surprise undoubtedly affected the holiday mood. The host when queried agreed to change the photos to stop this ongoing deception. Being upfront & honest by the host in their advertising is a basic expectation by all guests. Thank you.

The view and design of the hotel is beautiful.

The access to the hotel is very difficult especially with bags and suitcases, you can't reach with a car nor scooter. You need people to help you with suitcases as you need to go down stairs and then eventually up when going out.

Location and view was amazing, staff were great

This is the best accomodation I have stayed at in Bali so far! The view is incredible, can check the surf from bed and capture amazing sunsets. Staff are very friendly and accomodating and are happy to help with whatever is needed. Couldn’t recommend enough, we will be back.

My room didn’t have a nice view, it’s blocked by this huge grass hut roof. And I didn’t have a private balcony, I was right next to the check in desk and didn’t have any privacy at all unless I closed the black out curtains.
