Nothing it smelled terrible

It's a mess in this place

Pool table although the cues where broken

Dirty, moldy smells , no pets allowed but smelled aninal urine and dirty , open fridge door and you can see its filthy under it , shower extremely small , beds where terrible to the point where all they used is toppers to make a bed , dust and spider webs everywhere. Don't know why they charge for cleaning when it wasnt clean when we arrived. Overall experience there was not pleasant at all.

Nice and comfortable

I arrived at this property and it was dirty as if it has been vacant it had roaches and cob webs everywhere it smelled like cigarettes the fridge was dirty it was holes in the floor it want let me upload more pics but I have videos as well I did not like this property

The apartment had roaches everywhere as if no one has been staying here it was vacant it smelled like cigarettes it was holes in the floor I do not recommend this property the property manager also was rude he gave me my deposit back and told me to get off his property didn’t give me my money back for the place only deposit be aware because this is a scam

I reserved a room at the Van Zant House in Jacksonville May 7/8th. I reserved a room for 3 beds which we needed for 4 people. 30 minutes before we got there the owner sent a text changing our room to a 2 beds. We had to have 3 beds which is what we reserved in advance. Booking.com did nothing. We had to go to a motel and had to get 2 rooms. Booking,com said to call the owner of the establishment. I had already done that and he just said sorry. I rented a room with 3 beds through booking.com. Thirty minutes before we check in the place changed my room to 2 beds and booking.com did I've included a picture showing we rented the "Annex which had 3 beds and he moved us to "The Hideaway" which only had 2 beds. which were not enough beds and not what we reserved. Booking.com did nothing

This home is falling apart if you like bugs as roommates and an owner that acts like you're a problem when it comes to hot water or returning the $200 deposit he demanded at 6am after the fact and to him directly - I live in jax and thought the historical site would be great for an artist to experience but you're staying in the hood next to a trailer that clearly is a drug hole. I took video to show the owner & he came up with fake damage to keep my deposit. I should've known by not sending deposit thru rental site. Proceed with caution

I'm not going to tell you everything is just nasty

It was close to where we were visiting.

I traveled with family and the walls were very thin and we could hear in all the other rooms, no privacy. the bathroom doors are connected so we had to lock and unlock the bathroom when we went to avoid walking in on someone. I also forgot a Starbucks cup that I bought for my collection and the owner did not go out of his way to try and get my cup back. not sure who cleans after someones stay but they would have found my cup in the box and it was not returned before anyone else checked in, which also makes me wonder how clean the place is. If it was my place I would go through and double check nothing was left behind before others entering. No it's not the owners fault I forgot to grab my cup but if I got it back it would have made for a possibly little bit better review?

It was clean, very good & strong WiFi connection

It had 1 bathroom, I thought I could’ve at least expected 1.5 bathroom for a small family that part was very inconvenient, the beds were very uncomfortable I had to make a pallet on the floor from waking up in pain from the bed being too firm for me, it had 1 tv in the living room, it had 1 ac unit only in the main living room, the cushions on the couch were built in, the beds were to small I had to also make my son a pallet on the floor because the bed wasn’t big enough for my small child to co-sleep, & we didn’t have enough linens including wash cloths & towels I had to go to the store & buy more, there wasn’t enough pillows on either bed.
