The Westerner - Extended Stay

This property is unlike most hotels. Theres so much to do just inside this hotel! You can shop, eat and it has a ton of things for children to to! I definitely recommend it.

at check in the staff(talia) was very rude didn't want to take my payment, put me in a room that was leaking from the roof. tis is nit the first time i had to deal with her being rude to me, she's the noe with blue hair, after tis experience i will no longer be coming back to stay. i hate that because my grandkids love to come visit and have fun there

Was told we were staying In an updated room across from the pool. Which was down for maintenance. In the room the paint was coming off the ceiling, there was a plastic bag over the fire alarm, the lights next to the bed were cut and taped into an extension cord that had to be unplugged to turn them off. fire hazard, there was hair in the bath tub. Woke up at 4 in the morning, our room was flooded, everything wet!! The hall way was flooded, the breakfast area the kitchen, all flooded. We cancelled our stay for the next night. It was a nightmare!!

Good location, nice pool etc—but closing the pool at 9am

Terrible smell, broken doors, dirt and dust in rooms all around. It’s part of property that also hosts a club and event center where events happens past midnight also. So rooms have lots of noise. Breakfast included just have packed items like muffin, bread, yogurt. Everything else like eggs, bacon, biscuit is paid.

We really liked that everything was inside the same building.

Quiet and clean

Amenities close at 9 including the pool. Rooms need to be remodeled along with some flooring throughout the hotel lobby/amenity area

The first thing I saw when I walked in the property was a massive leak coming from the ceiling in the lobby. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the second step on the ladder. I am a CPO, so I thought maybe the just shocked the pool. Nope, the pool was so cloudy the entire time that you couldn't see the drains, that's a violation and would have the pool shut down. Our room (320) had a massive area in the ceiling that was heavily water damaged. The damage was characterized by a large swath of missing texture, dark brown water staining, and a crack in the drywall. There was a large drywall patch on the wall by the bed that had only been taped and bedded and was a complete eye sore. The bathroom had toothpaste on the wall behind the door, a dirty faucet, moldy caulk, and several missing or cracked tiles. Oh also, the entire room was damp from the humidity that came from the pool and fountain. The breakfast that we were told was free when we signed in wasn't free, come to find out only a portion is. Then we went to get a drink at 1:30am after playing a show and the bartender told us they'd already had last calls. From start to finish the stay was subpar
