The Westerner - Extended Stay

I did like that they had a playground and a pool for the kids. The facilities need an upgrade though. The light switch wouldn’t work so I had to unplug the lights. The bathrooms had no fan so it was just hot and muggy the entire stay and the tv remote didnt work

The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up The tub filled and didn’t drain The paper dispenser kept falling open The TV needed to be reset every time it was turned on (finally a new Roku was replaced) only to have an adjacent room pop up asking to enter iPad 4digit code Only 1 elevator worked North and our room was absolutely as far from it as possible away on the center south Hotels sent me a dozen emails with reply options to the hotel but they never opened to be able to reply It was disappointing

I was NOT expecting what I got when I walked in the lobby. There was a country/western bar attached and a couple of western boutiques in the lobby. My room was HUGE and clean!! Right outside my room was a huge area for gathering, the enormous breakfast place, a fountain, and a pool. I couldn’t believe my room was under $100…..pup included!!! I will return here each time I’m traveling back to Dallas from Colorado. This hotel was awesome!!!

Staff was nice and accommodating, the room was clean and hotel were clean, and it was great for kids And adults. The outside may look regular, but the inside is great

Rooms were dirty and damp and had a small window in the back. The tub filled up with water everytime we showered.

Overall the place is fine, the rooms are clean. But there is an unfinished feel, our toilet wasnt secured very well, outlets didnt work, and the carpet outside the rooms is coming up and are dirty.

When I book the room was pet stay free but I was charge 20$.They need to upgrade the site.Little dissapointed !Overall is good.

I like how you cater to families with kids. A plus is you are pet friendly. Everything looks nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is nice and clean. They are undergoing some remodeling so carpeting is in disrepair. A few things in the room need repair but nothing bad Venetian blind won’t close completely but drape will cover window and the bathroom fan for ventilation didn’t work

The open atrium area is nice and the rooms are very spacious. The bar next/attached is great and does good food and drink. The staff on the front desk were also helpful. Only problem was the laundry machines were not working properly.
