The Westerner - Extended Stay

The room kinda old, wall & door have a lot of scratches.

I stayed at The Westerner this past weekend and was really disappointed with my experience. First off, even though I selected “pay at property” when booking, they attempted to charge my card multiple times before I even arrived which was frustrating and unnecessary. When I got there, the front desk receptionist was on a personal phone call and barely acknowledged me. I had requested an early check-in, but she had an attitude when I brought it up and made the process feel more like a hassle than a welcome. On top of that, the room I was given looked nothing like the photos online. The pictures were very deceiving ..what I got was outdated, dim, and clearly not what I paid for. Overall, this stay was not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

I read all of the reviews and they looked fairly good. The place is wore out. Paint was falling off of the ceilings. Walls in the bathroom were peeling off. The plug ins were so wore out that I couldn’t keep the plug ins plugged in. I would not recommend this place

Excellent service from the staff

Loved the inside pool, playground and patio. My little kid had lots of fun! Is a great hotel for families with kids. The only thing we had a problem was the room lock, I love the idea of using a code instead of the key card, I didn’t had to worry about my kids loosing the key, however, it was tricky to open the door. Overall, the stay was good, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family

I hated the place. Ill be getting with The manager enough I'm not helped there I will be getting a hold of the owner.

Maid services were horrible. Was there 4 days and had to ask for trash to be taken out. Ask for towels and all essentials. Maid never came not once to even change out bedding. Other than maids place was comfortable
