Been overcharged for a room that we did not get, no hot water , rusty water leaking from boiler, room phone didn’t work, cabinet broken , very low internet connection.

View, reception and dining room staff great service

Huge and comfortable bedroom with good quality towel and bathrobe and gigantic bef, very welcoming staff, great rooftop terrace, excellent value for money. Nice buffet breakfast. I would definitely go back to that hotel!

Nice views, great staff. Not far from the hotel is a small bezch where you can rent a boat.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The staff were overall very lovely and attentive. The views from the rooftop were stunning. They also put out a lovely breakfast spread every morning.

I didn’t like that the windows in the bathrooms faced the hallway. Anyone standing outside your door can easily hear you and can even look into your bathroom. I stayed on floor 3 and the music from the rooftop was pulsing through my ceiling. There’s also a rooster nearby who will definitely wake you up at 5am since the windows don’t keep the outside noise out very well.
