Great hotel, service excellent, the view is amazing from the hilltop. Staff are the coolest people, always willing to help. Aliece, Delice, peter and others were all amazing and supported me with things like travel and Atm

No wifi throughout my stay due to technical issues I really hope they get this sorted asap.

"Beautiful views of Lake Kivu from the rooms & rootfop"

The hotel is right next to the lake, with a view of the lake from the rooms. The rooftop area has a panoramic view of the lake which is a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, totally enjoyed my stay.
