This place was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and the room was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place

Unfortunately the shower didn’t work too great, but besides that everything else was amazing!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great views of the lake and the garden is very nice. Food was very good the bed was comfortable and the hot water was reliable. Wish l could have stayed longer.

No complaints.

One night spent at the hotel,friendly staff,comfortable clean room.Good breakfast,.

I didn't like it that I was not informed about major renovations that were taking place before I booked. However this caused little impact on my stay.

"Gives the best views of Lake Kivu!"

The location was breathtaking. The views of Lake Kivu, the greenery, and the nature are unbelievable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was yummy.

Some of the facilities weren't provided and we had to ask for things like bathrobes, and bins which should have been provided. Wifi connections in the room wasn't good.
