Kivu Hilltop View Resort

The staff were very hospitable. They provided me with welcome drinks the room is spacious with balcony overlooking Lake Kivu which is just across the road. The location was perfect for walking, boating an other activities.

I suggest some variations of the breakfast and improvement of personal hygiene of some food server as they leave their smell inside the room (I'm really sorry for this comment, my intention is for your improvement).

All the staff were lovely and very helpful! Enjoyed the breakfast and the views from the rooftop are brilliant. However, our rooms had no fan or aircon despite booking.com saying they should. The hotel washed our clothes for us for free (which was very kind) but didn’t dry them presumably as they left them to dry in the rain. so we had to carry bags of wet clothes on a day of travel!

I really like the site especially the rooftop as you can see the lake Kivu and the activities going on around the lake.

The hotel itself has a great location.I mostly liked the toproof restaurant it has a great view even though how it looks on the picture it was totally different in real life. I like a lady who worked at the reception she really tried to help somethings were out of her hand's

The room they gave us had no hot water and the tv wasn’t working.The following day they moved us into another room which was more better than the first room plus the hot water was working.Few days before check out I tried charging my phone and there was no electricity .In general the hotel is not that bad but if could do with some renovations get lifts in the building,change up a bit it will so beautiful.

Very amazing location close to Lake Kivu, very friendly staff, very good food at the roof, i really thanks the lady in the reception also Mr. Elise for thier support and assistance, also the guys in the restaurant are very welcomed and gentle. i will come again to this Hotel

The reception they gave us was exceptional. they did a great job. They have an amazing staff.

They were few towels in the room, but it wasn't a big deal, we asked for an extra ones and they brought them to us.
