This hotel is in the heart of the city which means music blares into the morning hours. There is not concierge.

The people that worked there are very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is the best breakfast in town and the live music is unbelievable and the drinks are awesome. Hard place to beat.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. Very loud at night however. Not that it matters because you’re so close to the beach, but the pool isn’t clean.

I will not detail the issues I had with the accommodations or my stay due to the owner providing a full refund.

The location is great, the restaurant is delicious and lively, the breakfast is perfect. The room are in decent condition but smell humidity which make it hard to breathe, no light, good to sleep!

Everything good! Was very clean, and staff were very helpful! Great place to stay in Tamarindo!

Excelente ubicación

Love the area, super easy for what we wanted to do. The plants and property was a cool vibe, loved the food! Live music if you want that was pretty good some nights. A little noisy for our liking, but if you like night life it’s a good spot!

As other reviewers indicate, it is very noisy at night. It sounds like a boom box is in the room - it would have been fine if it was just music, but the DJ was also screaming at regular intervals "Sexy Time!". We had to change rooms because the shower was not working. For breakfast, which is included, they would not allow us to get the fruit smoothie bowls - they only let you choose from the cooked menu. When I asked for an exception - even though the prices were the same - it was treated as a big deal. When our smoothie bowls came, I noticed they were way smaller than the portions they were giving other customers. Staff is nice, but I felt like they were insincere. Usually in Costa Rica the people are very warm and authentic, but here it really felt they just wanted our money. Would not recommend.

I booked this hotel for my fiance and I. For the most part it was a nice facility. We arrived late at night on a Friday around 10:30pm and the restaurant was turned into a nightclub (which was disclosed when booking). However, the rooms were about 50 meters from the night club and it was very loud. Again, the booking did disclose that it would be loud, but I was not expecting it to be right outside of our room. Inside the room was pretty bare, very limited amenities, but it was clean and matched the pictures I saw online. All and all this hotel was just not for my fiance and I and we checked out after one night. The manager was very kind and refunded our remaining days. I would say that this hotel is a great stay for younger people looking to dive into the nightlife and party. That is just not what we were looking for. The free breakfast was very good and the staff was all very friendly.
