Auténtico Vertical Playa del Carmen

Welcoming and wonderful staff bedsheets were changed daily and room was extremely clean. Room was spacious and had 2 air conditioning units. Excellent location will return and recommend.

The hotel was very clean. Near 5th Avenue. The staff was very friendly and Helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Safe, clean, quiet, convenient location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only issue is the lighting in the hallway near rooms could be brighter. My overall experience and stay were enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was average and I had to stay in the area…but the little little pool on the rooftop was not even clear, I had a hard time to get my towels changed. The worst situation was that I was not able to get hot water in my room for the whole stay…complained to the hotel, asked the manager to come to discuss but he never showed up. I thought Hotel.com would do something spend close to an hour texting with them about the issue but they didn’t do anything to help…their response was the manager said they had an issue beginning of the month but that been fixed…that’s it. WOW thanks for the support. You can find much better in Playa del Carmen.

Incredibly powerful shower. Very comfortable bed. They provide Nespresso coffee make in the room, which I only found on day 2 unfortunately. No kitchenette. They clean the room every day. Great place to stay.
