눈두렁뷰라고 광고는 하지만 몇몇방만 해당되고 료칸으로써 공간이 좋고 번화가와 접근성이 너무 떨어진다 그렇다고 뷰가 특별히 좋지도 않고 식사도 무난하지 좋다고는 할 수 없다

Beautiful property with great staff and facilities. Outside of town, which is walkable but there is an infrequent free shuttle.

真的非常喜歡整片翠綠山巒的景緻。大眾池在夜晚靜謐時刻別有一番風味。餐點的味道也很美味～唯一遺憾是因為遺失鑰匙被收取的賠償款過高。

Wonderful experience from the drop off, greeted by a friendly staff who verified our names on the guest list, there is a small car park right beside for those driving over. Check-in was a breeze as we sat in the beautifully designed lobby with a tea lounge beside that provided light snacks and beverages. The snacks are changed at night as well, with Sake on offer at night. The terrace is a big highlight of the hotel, no matter viewed from the top (lobby area) or the hotel rooms. The room is spacious, nicely designed once again and very comfortable. The mattress might be too soft for some but it was comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Meals were delightful with great service from the dining staff. For those with babies, they provide free rice and soup for them, so that helps with some of the meals. The onsen is the highlight, high-end experience, with a nice outdoor onsen. Refreshments such as drinks and popsicles are on offer after your onsen, as you can sit down overlooking the terrace. Great experience at our first Hoshino Kai, looking forward to visiting others in the series in future

Service was impeccable from the moment we arrived till we reluctantly bid it farewell. In between, we were treated to serene views of the fields, soothing baths, comfortable bed and visually appealing and delicious dishes at dinner and breakfast.
