房間景觀比預期差一點，如果梯田沒有水，整體景觀一般，舒服及服務都很好

super services, amazing view! such a gorgeous place to stay

My family and I booked for 2 nights but decided to check out early. We have booked total of 3 rooms in the low rise building. Upon check in, my wife discovered a dead geckoo by the window size. Therefore we decided to early check out from the resort and returned to Fukuoka city. Kai Yukuin is not ready to be market as a boutique luxury ryokan. The staff service was average and the hotel manager did not even put an effort to me with me. The resort agreed to refund the one night outstanding but the property is not ready to welcome any luxury oversea guests. I would not recommend the resort to any well travel visitied who expected to pay too much for this brand KAI.

I stayed for two nights. Everything was excellent such as ambience, view, food. One thing that needs improvement was that the staffs need to know how to introduce the food. I’m allergic to taro and there was one dish with different food. The menu said one of them contained taro but I couldn’t tell which one has taro so I asked the staff and the staff pointed to the wrong one and I only noticed when I almost took it. Otherwise the stay was excellent

아주 편안하고 만족스러운 여행이었습니다 식사는 더할나위없이 훌륭했습니다 단 리조트안에 산책로가 없어서 식사후 산책할만한곳이 없었던 점은 좀 아쉬었습니다 그리고 hotels.com 에서 조식포함은 명시하고 디너 포함은 안 알려주셔서 약간의 혼동이 있었네요

環境寧靜 好

This resort oozes simplicity in it's stylish minimalist design. The rooms are very traditional with a mattress to the floor, a relaxing lounge with views over a terraced rice field with balcony & bug screen. The bathroom is well designed with a separate wc, vanity and shower stall. The resorts Onsen is spacious with a super lux outdoor area which I found at night to be relaxing seeing the stars on a clear night and to hear the wildlife. We choose not to dine in, instead driving down to the many mouth watering cuisines offered in yufuin only minutes away. Service was always friendly, attentive and assisting, especially with our many restaurant reservations in Yufuin where english was an issue. If your travelling in this part of the world this is a must stay resort!

great design hideaway. Good food, good in-room onsen

界 由布院 除了主棟2層樓有電梯，其他4大棟都沒有電梯，也就是說住二樓的行李要手提走階梯上下，房間小，又蓋的像「軍營」，除了梯田景色不錯，沒什麼可以值得被誇獎的。
