Lovely staff inside the property, very polite and chatty xD Room was good in size, fresh linen, amazing character of the room, very witchy style, we loved it ♥️♥️♥️

Definitely location was perfect, also stuff working in these place was really helpful with everything . Excellent wizard style possible take from Harry Potter i future will have big potential

FIRST of all these hole is Not ready yet to take guests. As just one day before hotel becomes managed by new person all these need to be first check before guest will come . Definitely room need to be refreshed also we had these unlucky that we had from beginning damaged bed which also shows that in this hotel owner first need to make some investment and buy new furniture. Another thing is that these is perfect room for 1 person and for short term . We had 2 room for kids and us by even double room was really small and there was no way to make dry wet clothes per 2 days . But excluding these thirds hotel have big potential with good management and spend some money for renovations. After these I can 100% recommend these hotel but as for now is not ready yet for take guests

The location was great with a 2 minute walk to the beach

Room wasn’t that clean. No amenities in the room at all. Had to ask for towels. Really run down , carpet coming up and completely frayed.

Close to everything we needed.

We booked a few years ago and wanted to return as it was a nice place. This time, no. Crowds of people screaming and shouting all night up and down the road. People coming in and out of the building constantly, I think it stopped around 4am (think hostel). Didn't get the room we booked, despite it sounding like someone was coming and going from that room all night/morning - the excuse was its being renovated. We won't be returning.

If I have to be picky, our room was a little chilly.. but I do feel the cold! The rest of the family said it was fine!

Rooms were quirky and just lovely. I liked the children's rooms, were like a hidden doorway, it was fun, and if you have kidds, it just brilliant and fun.

The fact there was no WiFi

As a Harry Potter fan with 2 kids in tow, I was absolutely amazed by the hotel. The little details from the mirrors to bedding, all in theme, looked amazing. Even if you're not a HP fan, but want to enjoy a pleasant stay in a hotel that feels like home, it's close to the beach and has a lovely owner who treats you like a friend, it's a place for you.

When we arrived they didn't have 1 of our rooms, as it was no longer available room. Apparently they told Booking.com but they didn't remove the room. Other people were turning up after us and there was no room. Why not phone these guests. They put my daughter and partner up 1 night in another room, then tried putting them in their other hotel that they were doing up. The bathroom was horrid, the room had no lock on the door, people were congregating in another room and it was uncomfortable. There was no way I was letting my family stay there. We waited around for ages to see this room instead of enjoying our weekend. I ended up booking another place for the 2 nights at a bigger cost to me. This was August bank holiday weekend, and I still have not received a refund for the money it has cost me. I am now having to go through the process so I can take Booking.com to small claims court. This was my daughters 21st birthday and it was ruined because of no communication.
