Lovely host and great value hope to visit again

Lovely spacious room with comfortable beds. Brilliant to have a little table and chairs to eat at. Good selection of tea/coffee facilities available 24hours. Dave was very helpful 🙂

Only thing I'd change is the location of mirror as couldn't stand in front of it and had to kneel on the bed.

My children love Harry Potter so this seemed like the ideal place to stay and it didn't disappoint. They loved the decor in the suite and throughout the building. The suite was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Fans were provided in both rooms, which came in handy. The location was excellent, close to the shops and the beach front and plenty of options to get food from. Despite the proximity to the arcades etc it was very quiet. It was also very handy being able to park close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it from the start. We were a little early but was met with a warm welcome. Dave was great, and more then happy to help. We met Hanna who was also lovely and room was very clean. The room was perfect there was space for the children to relax after a busy day without it feeling like we were on top of each other. We wish we stayed longer and definitely will be booking again. A trip we will always remember 😊

Great location, David sorted out the road parking with a permit for us for the duration of our stay which was a massive bonus. So near to the sea front and town. Great for families . Lovely coming back to Yarmouth . Everything within walking distance. Given our room key and a key lock for front door which made it easy to come and go. Also a little fridge in our room and tea / coffee supplied. The other families in the hotel were so kind and friendly too which just makes it nicer .

Leaving, we will most definitely be back next year .

Perfect location, so close to everything in Yarmouth! The parking permit was a massive help which took the pressure off during our stay. We were really grateful that we could drop off our luggage earlier than the check-in time. The shower was great, powerful and great temperature! The bed was really comfortable too and loved the bedding! The decor was so much fun! Easy access 24 hours a day!

Could appreciate that there was a change of hands very recently, which meant that the organisation was a little off on the first day when we arrived. We were able to drop our luggage off early around 1pm despite check-in being 3pm, but when we went back to the room at about 4pm we were disturbed on a few occasions which left us a little embarrassed. We didn't realise the door was off the latch so when we got in the room and got our bits all sorted, we were just relaxing in the room half naked (cool down from hot weather) and the door suddenly opened, we said we weren't decent but the lady (not sure on her name) still proceeded to come through and then into the back bedroom of the suite (which we didn't need as just the two of us). On leaving she took the door off the latch so we wouldn't have that problem again which we appreciated. Shortly after leaving, we then got a knock on the door so that they could access the side entrance to the back bedroom (my husband answered, still half naked) but we were unsure why. She closed the sliding door so that we would have privacy. We heard chitter chatter and David must have joined as heard his voice, this took some time while we were anxiously in the bedroom waiting for them to finish, then they came round to the main bedroom entrance and knocked again, my husband again answered and it seemed like David was trying to come in but explained we were both half naked so my husband kept the door slightly open so he could talk. Then very soon after, we had a knock on the door again saying that they had towels, to which we let them know to leave at the door (said through the door rather than opening again). I guess it was all very unsettling as we had just got to the room and was starting to relax, but was then interrupted a few times in a short space of time which left us on edge. If we heard movement we were almost expecting a knock on the door.

This place has so much potential but needs attention to detail. Arrived at Check-in time, door locked and a mobile number visible- called this and was advised someone would be there to greet- Think maybe an email beforehand would help, I would have called earlier to prevent waiting. We stayed in the Library and Potions Rooms — both fine in size, though the Potions Room smelt musty and both could do with a refresh. Wall hanging in the Library room was hung upside down, attention to detail seemed to be the theme throughout. Breakfast (£10 per adult) was disappointing: overcooked beans, odd red sausages, and very greasy mushrooms. We weren’t offered pastries until “regulars” arrived 35 minutes later, which didn’t feel great. With fresh paint, the promised new carpets, and stronger management, this could be a fantastic stay. Hopefully, the recent change in management will bring improvements
