Hotel Of Wizardry

It was our 2nd stay here and same room aswell! Lots of room, clean, comfortable and separate room for the kids which they love too! Also supplying parking permit is a massive plus point

Only thing I could say is the size of the bath towels, need bigger ones

The property is in the perfect location for access to the beach and all the attractions

The short walk to beach and amenities were fair.

Place wasn't very clean, no WiFi. Not disability accessable, to hotel or shops. Shower wasn't big enough.

The lack of cleanliness, wrong room,dirty shower, hairs in the bed, dirty toilet, dirty kettle, non openable window, dirty walls as well as a laundry room that led into the bedroom.

The room was bigger than I thought.

We checked in on our own, no staff was no where to be seen.The double bed bedding was extremely dirty!

The bed and shower were really good. The concept was good though I feel there could have been a lot more effort in accessorizing. The management was very accommodating pre-stay and submitted our details to enable free parking. Great sized apartment and would easily accommodate a family group

No wifi- appears the cable was broken. The tea and coffee facilities were very poor. A two night stay so not much was supplied. Had to go out to get more as once checked in we didn't see anyone until we took the key to another linked hotel up the road. It also would have been good to have a drop box for the keys on checkout

Hotel is close to pleasure beach and local amenities. Location is great. Parking is available off street. Host Kary arranged parking permit for the stay which was great. Booked Dragon suite for the stay. Dragon suite is at the top floor. Kids enjoyed bunk bed. Bedroom was bit small although looks bigger in the pictures. Suite was clean. Suite has a small fridge which was very handy.

Double bed needs replacing. Not very comfortable. Room is small compared to bed size and left with little space on the side to walk around. Hot water was not working in wash basin. Found it bit uncomfortable with kids staying in. Spoke to host who sent someone to have a look. But could not fix it and told that due to suite being on the 2nd floor, water pressure is low so that's why not getting hot water in the wash basin. Offered to use communal washroom on 1st floor. Wifi connectivity was poor and tried connecting several time but no luck. Mobile signal are not great in that area so found it bit hard with no wifi. Informed host about wifi poor connectivity.

Central location, ideal for walking to most venues in Great Yarmouth. Themed rooms enjoyed by all with good, clean facilities.

Lovely quirky hotel and rooms, friendly lady called Kerry who was very efficient and always on hand if you needed, but at the same time gave you privacy. Great location

Would have liked daily housekeeping just mainly to refresh tea making supplies like milk etc and have the bins emptied, however I am sure any requests would have been met had I asked. It was no big deal just something that’s been done daily at other places I’ve stayed. However I know the staff are very busy as are also involved in the running of a neighbouring charity guest house
