Alpine Rock B&B

Our host was friendly and welcoming, and we loved meeting his dog and cat who were also very friendly! We heard birds chirping in the morning and heard lambs bahing in the distance at night. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

It was perfect, the nicest place we stayed (for a similar price) in the South Island. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was super. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Très beau séjour à Alpine Rock B&B, dans un cadre très calme, au milieu des moutons. Chambre propre, confortable et bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, avec de bons conseils pour la région. Petit-déjeuner très bon, avec des fruits frais. Une adresse paisible et agréable, à quelques minutes du centre de Te Anau.

Gorgeous property! Jeff and Jan were excellent hosts who exceeded our expectations - we had the best of B&B hospitality and service like you would have at a 5-star hotel. We had our own in the house that was very private The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. staying in Te Anou was a highlight of our trip. Our only regret was having to leave so soon. Highly recommend the Alpine B&B,

The house is just a house. If you are accustomed to B&Bs located in cottages or manors with character or interesting history, that's not this place. It's just a place to stay, but it's situated on a nice piece of property surrounded by farmland with easy access to the town.
