Alpine Rock B&B

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Te Anau. Clean and welcoming home with super comfy bed and luxury bedding which included dual electric blanket and the good size bedroom came with a large ensuite. Jeff and Jan looked after us like family.

Jan and Jeff are terrific hosts. We appreciate their wealth of knowledge of the local area as well as recommendations for other places we are visiting in NZ. Our room was comfortable and the king size bed a welcome delight after a long hike. Breakfast was delicious especially the coffee. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Beautiful property with immaculate gardens, Lovely house with great hosts Jan & Jeff, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Only a couple mins drive into town yet perfect country quiet surrounds. Very highly recommended, would love to stay again.

Wonderful hosts and lovely room with lots of extras such as fruit and chocolates etc. Beautiful bathroom with fab bath and shower Great comfy bed and pillows. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast with fresh croissants…..thanks Jeff…… A really wonderful stay.

Lovely hosts, great facilities with immaculate gardens and hot tub. Only a few mins from centre of busy Te Anau. Couldn't have been better. Fantastic in every way!

What a lovely stay with great friendly hosts……….thanks Jan and Jeff………not forgetting Eddie and Frankie. Fab room with robes and slippers and lots of extras such as peaches. biscuits, chocolates etc. Beautifully appointed bathroom with fab shower and very posh bath. Great breakfast with croissants and toast and granola. Very pretty garden. Do stay…….you’ll love it.

We loved everything about our stay at Alpine Rock. Jeff and Jan looked after us as if we were family - they packed us a big breakfast for our early morning trip to Milford Sound, and Jeff gave us a beer to go with our takeaway pizza on our return! It was such a lovely homely atmosphere. Highly recommended
