Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets - Adults Only - All Inclusive

We stayed at Impressions Isla Mujeres for the last part of our honeymoon trip around Mexico. Zelma & David our butlers for our 5 night stay were fun and relaxed in their approach in how they enhanced our experience at Impression. We can 100% recommend the island bike tour with April who was super informative and matched our energy perfectly! This was our first time experiencing such a level of luxury and can't wait to return!

I went on a trip with a few girlfriends this month to Impressions isla mujeres. It’s absolutely stunning and I don’t remember the last time I felt so well cared for. The location and hotel are gorgeous and the staff was so kind and attentive. Plus the mix of stuff to do if you felt like it (eg. an e-bike tour with April, which I wouldn’t miss; sound bath, etc) made it both the perfect place to chill and also try new things. Left feeling a big: lucky me.

Went on a girls’ trip to Impressions in Isla Mujeres and had an amazing time. The water is crystal clear and absolutely stunning—perfect for swimming and relaxing. Service was excellent, especially the butler team who made everything easy. The bike tour was also a highlight and a fun way to explore. Perfect spot for a girls’ getaway—highly recommend!

So relaxing, quiet and beautiful place to stay. I have never seen such clear water. The staff was wonderful special thanks to Hermes and Victor at roof top gorgeous bar for excellent customer service along with Juan at main pool. April went above in beyond w/ activities! I was by myself, so it was nice to have great things to do. She made me feel special and went out of her way many times to make sure I had a fantastic time

We had an amazing stay at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets. From the moment we arrived by catamaran, everything felt special. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. All of the staff members were friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were doing okay and enjoying our time. Our room was clean and comfortable with an incredible ocean view. There were so many activities to do every day, which made our stay fun and engaging. We stayed for 5 nights and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Overall, we truly had an amazing time at this resort. The resort offers many daily activities, and Isaac was one of the activity hosts who truly made our stay special. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Isaac during our stay. He hosted several activities that made our trip truly memorable. On our second day, he taught us how to make dream catchers, and the very next day he saw us again on the beach and took the time to ask how we were enjoying everything. He shared meaningful conversations with us about meditation, self-care, and wellness, and always showed genuine interest in what activities we enjoyed most. When we mentioned that we loved hands-on crafts, Isaac went out of his way to check his schedule and arranged a private coffee painting session for us at the café. It was such a unique experience — learning how to paint using coffee while enjoying the coffee aroma made it unforgettable. During that session, we also had fun conversations about the HBO show Euphoria, Mexican culture and life, and how he learned English from movies and shows and could even switch between American and British accents, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. On our last day, even though we were leaving in the afternoon, Isaac adjusted his schedule to host another private workshop for us in the boardroom where we created traditional Mexican shield-style crafts and learned about Mexican culture. He also remembered that we were curious about meditation and took extra time to teach us the basics, even though we had little experience with it. One of the most touching gestures was that Isaac made a bracelet for us on his own time outside of the scheduled workshop. That thoughtful detail meant so much to us and truly showed how much he cared about making our experience special. To make it even more memorable, Isaac came to the dock to personally say goodbye when we were leaving. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication went far beyond expectations, and he truly made our stay unforgettable. At this resort, each guest is assigned a personal butler to help take care of reservations, activities, room service, and anything else you may need during your stay — and if you have Erick Zavala as your butler, you are truly in luck. Erick was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. He responded to our messages in the WhatsApp group chat almost instantly — not in minutes, but literally within seconds. We had many questions about activities, reservations, and room service, and he was always patient, professional, and helpful. Every time we saw Erick in person, he made sure to check in with us and confirm that we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. His attention to detail and dedication really stood out. We even accidentally locked ourselves out of our room twice, and both times Erick came to help us within minutes without hesitation. That level of responsiveness gave us great peace of mind during our stay. Erick’s professionalism, kindness, and constant availability made our vacation smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and highly recommend him to anyone staying at the resort. This resort is truly one of a kind, and this was an unforgettable experience for us. We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back again!

We absolutely loved our honeymoon at Impression. The service and views are what make the price point. We made such great connections with all of the workers and truly felt relaxed by the pool or on the beach. We were looking for a place that we could relax and wouldn’t struggle to find the perfect beach chair. We found that at Impression. Our room was beautiful, the resort was beautiful, our food was great, and the vibes were wonderful. I would recommend this resort to any couple looking for a relaxing nom crowded vacation.

Impressions Isla Mujeres is perhaps the most luxurious and elegant beach resort in the world. Pure luxury. The roof top pool, with lounge beds, rooftop bar and bed are unsurpassed in Latin America. Pure luxury, with views of Isla Mujeres Coastline and Punta Sur, across to the full extent of the Cancun skyline from Punta Cancun to Costa Mujeres to Isla Blanca!! There is a bar with a full wall of backlit translucent honey onyx bar back. Stunning! Built on a hill overlooking the ocean, the hotel has pools, restaurants draping down the hill to the beach snd and a marina/dock area. You are transported from puerto Juarez marina to the hotel via catamaran. It creates quite an impression when you approach this magnificent hotel conceived by owner Jorge Macari! The rooms are stunning. Quite the place! And the food is outstanding!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. Our butlers (Erick and Edgar) were the best!! The room was gorgeous and well—appointed.
