We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived on their catamaran taxi, the resort wrapped us in a wonderful atmosphere and ambiance that felt both elegant and deeply relaxing. The design is stunning—think Santorini-inspired white curves, dramatic ocean views, and a serene, adults-only vibe that makes you forget the outside world exists. The property is impeccably clean and luxurious in every detail. The suites are spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that make you feel truly pampered. We loved the beautiful beach with its soft sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, perfect for swimming and lounging. With multiple pools to choose from—including breathtaking infinity pools overlooking the Caribbean—we could always find the ideal spot to unwind, whether we wanted lively energy or quiet seclusion. Dining was a highlight. The fabulous Italian restaurant delivered outstanding flavors and ambiance, and the teppanyaki experience was equally memorable—fun, interactive, and delicious. Every meal we had across the resort was top-notch. A huge part of what made our stay exceptional was the expert butler service. We were incredibly fortunate to have Amairani as our butler. Her attention to detail and timeliness were impeccable—she anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and handled everything with warmth and professionalism. On the very few occasions when she wasn’t on property, her assistant Angel stepped in seamlessly and was equally helpful and attentive. Overall, this is a tremendous resort that delivers a world-class luxury experience. The combination of stunning location, pristine amenities, exceptional food, and outstanding service makes it one of the best all-inclusive resorts we’ve ever visited. We’re already counting down the days until our prompt return later this year—we can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended for couples seeking romance, relaxation, and five-star indulgence.

Unbelievable 40th anniversary trip at Impression!! We have stayed at many Secrets and traveled many Caribbean islands, and this place blows all others away with 5 star service. Our butlers, David and Zelma were amazing. Zelma went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special with helping with photos, special desserts and decorating our room. Ritik, Cynthia, and Gillman made sure we were spoiled too in many ways. This is a must place to experience!! We hope to return some day!!

It was so beautiful

The service was so slow. It took 45-1 hour to get food at restaurants. You have to make a reservation to do pretty much everything and most things aren’t available during your stay. We couldn’t get a reservation at the spa once.

The trip was great! The design of the hotel was amazing! Our butler Alexander was amazing and so was Guilman! He helped me and my wife around the resort for our entire stay! -Cutlers

Absolutely amazing resort - we have stayed in some fabulous hotels all across the world but this is truly one of the best we have ever stayed in. The food is exceptional with so much choice, the staff are so helpful and happy. The rooms and facilities are amazing. By far the best all inclusive - truly all inclusive, so may restaurants that feel like you are in a different location and more top shelf cocktails and wine than you can drink!
