Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

Location

Elevators were very slow. The instructions for parking were not clear. Instructions for hot plate was not available. Not enough toilet rolls.

Parking. Because this is a AirBNB I would have included the parking in the price. Parking spot is already assigned to the room, so why charge additionally for parking.

"Fantastic Toronto apartment"

A lovely apartment on the 42nd floor so amazing views over Toronto. Great facilities, having a washer and drier was very convenient. The location is perfect, just15 mins walk from Union station and only 10 minutes from the Rogers Centre. Plenty of local bars and restaurants and also a Sobeys supermarket just 2 min walk away. Bed was comfy and shower worked well.

Only 3 lifts in the building so often had to wait at peak times to get down or go up, being on the 42nd floor taking the stairs wasn't really an option.

Location is convenience. Apartment with bunk bed is good for us.

The instruction for entry the building was not clear, especially 1st time wanting to use elevator without remote. The parking area is very confusing like maze. The design of the parking area is bad and the instruction sign is lacking . It’s the construction design problem.

"Really good stay"

Great location. Building and amenities. Nice view from the lake and CN Tower.

Lots of people coming in and out of the building at any given time. A bit noisy.
