The apartment itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and in an excellent location — close to everything we needed and very convenient for getting around the city.

The overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and cleanliness. We found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and garbage under the sofa bed, which clearly shows a lack of proper cleaning before our arrival. The stove didn’t work during our entire stay, and although we requested assistance multiple times, no one ever showed up to help. The support staff, who are supposed to be available to assist guests, were unresponsive and not helpful at all. It’s unfortunate, because the apartment has great potential, but the management and housekeeping services really need improvement.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to CN tower Rogers Centre & places to eat. The apartment is clean & has all the necessities you require. We had problems getting on the WIFI on the laptop & messaged the concierge team who came back straight away & resolved this. Very fast at replying when asking questions we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the bed in the second room was really small for 2 adults to sleep in but other than that everything was perfect.

I didn’t like the complicated process of getting the needed info to get into parking or the apartment itself. So many requirements that are too personal were asked for you to send like photos of yourself with your driver’s license, an extra $200 for deposit ,, the difficulty of getting the key to the apartment and fob for parking, and that you have to get the trash out,clean the apartment yourself and do laundry of the towels used. The stress of it all was not worth it so I would rather book a hotel next time we travel to Toronto so there won’t be any hassle at all!

They are going to charge you 100CAD for “hard-to-wash stains” on the floor. Do not buy it
