Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

"Disappointed, unclean and in disrepair."

The location was good for accessing downtown and Harbour excursions People were friendly in the building and helpful Area felt very safe and access to shopping was good Very quiet, considering location next to train tracks and main thoroughfare

The windows were very dirty. The curtains couldn’t be closed in the bedrooms for privacy concerns Found people’s hair in the tub shower The clothes closet racks in the bedrooms, had never been cleaned Very dirty Elevators were very busy and tried your patience with the amount of people coming and going The unit was in disrepair requiring considerable amount of TLC
