You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

There was no AC for our 2 nights and 3days stay. It was hard for me to sleep as I could not breath. That was around 35degress celcius and it feels like 43degress on that day. I requested for a fan to help me at least sleep but they suggested to open the windows in which the air is also hot and humid. Checking in was tricky because you need to get to the elevator on time. I asked for support from the guard in the lobby and the guy was rude and condescending. He refused to help and say they dont provide help for short stay tenants. Was surprised by that kind of attitude shown. Disappointed to say the least.

"Stole our deposit - dodgy business practices. Avoid!"

Good central location (however does not overlook the CN Tower as described)

We were asked to pay a security deposit of CA$200, then when this was due to be returned all of our messages to the owner were ignored, they then cancelled our stay on booking.com. claiming we hadn't stayed at the property despite us having photographs of us at the property! The owners have been completely unresponsive to any of our messages. We stayed at the start of April and have not received any response or deposit back in June. Wish we had read trustpiolt reviews etc. Before booking -SCAM!

"just idiot security people. Don’t know why they are even there. if incase their was an issue or simone"

Reception people or security did not help at all and acted or were dumb or idiots. Were of no help. asked them for help with how should the remotes work or if a person is coming for the first time. how would things work regarding security etc

"Great spot,"

View, room facilities, decor, location, and cleanliness.

Once figured out lift system all ok. Lift was very slow at times especially when checking out. Waited 20mins for lift then it stopped at every floor from PH. 40 mins to get out of the building. Leave plenty of time to check out especially if you have a car as room keys have to go back up to the room.

The elevator was a bit annoying because of the wait times but nothing to do with the actual unit!
