The clean warm house on arrival

The kettle was broken on arrival which we were not aware There was a crack on the kitchen doir unit which was notinformed

No information about property - how to use equipment, bin setup recycle and emptying, lack of kitchen equipment, no terrestrial tv so no news. Cleaning not good and property not fully decorated. Garden not usable

Very clean and had everything we needed

The beds are very hard and the hot water was only like warm

The apartment was basically clean & adequate. You are unlikely to get accommodation of a comparible size in Edinburgh at Festival time for the same price.

The apartment lacks care & attention. With a little effort, the general appearance could be improved to give a better impression & help guests feel more welcome. The scuffs, scratches, damaged wood & broken plaster could easily be fixed to give a better appearance.. Repair/replace the cracked glass in the bathroom door; & the discoloured silicone around the bath. Fix the broken blinds. The entrance through the rear exit to the building gives a poor first impression. The garden is overgrown & there's hardly a visible path; tidy up the entrance verandah, too. And the TV didn't work.
