Lovely apartment by the Hillwood Park-Free Parking

The apartment was OK inside although some of the kitchen doors were coming away and it could have been cleaner. The outside was very off putting as garden was over grown and not looked after. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathroom was clean

The area was not great the apartment seemed to be on a council estate and the outside looked very run down

The property was good for our stay. Quiet, nice sized bedrooms and decent kitchen. Location isn't too far from old town, so if you have a car, it’s ok, but not ideal if taking a cab or Uber every day. Ondrej was easy to get a hold of when we needed to. However, the cleaning company hired to clean before our visit did not do a good job. There was no liner/bag in the garbage can, we didn’t have any paper towels, and we had 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a 5 day stay. Several of our towels, and one of the pillowcases and fitted sheet were stained. Also, we didn’t have any hot water at the start of our stay. He had to add credit and we had to go through the gas meter outside and fiddle with the water tank. I understand these things can happen and are unexpected, it shouldn’t be up to the guests to get this working. Besides these points, the property was nice.

Good location and warm flat, nice touch with welcome pack of shortbread and nozecco.

Front door key was faulty, it had clearly been faulty for a while and hadn't been repaired. Property wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Cobwebs in rooms, skirting boards dirty. Dirty sponge left at sink, obviously hadn't been replaced after last guests.
