38 on Westcliff

The accommodation was clean, which we appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed as the images on Booking.com did not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. On arrival, it appeared somewhat run down and would benefit from maintenance and general upgrades. As a result, it did not fully meet our expectations. Overall, I would rate this accommodation a 3 out of 10

Clean linen and comfortable beds

The bathrooms are not good. No doors and showers leak. Needs some attention. No doors for the toilets? Would still accepted this at a much lower rate.

The location

The house is on sale, there is no proper furniture inside, no bedding, too dirty and very inconvenient . It must be removed from bookings.com Ita not in a habitual state, its a scam

We absolutely loved our stay at 38 on Westcliff! The luxurious six-bedroom villa was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the beach. The property was impeccably maintained, and the decor was elegant and tasteful. We particularly enjoyed the spacious living areas, perfect for relaxing and socializing, and the fully equipped kitchen, which made self-catering a breeze. The villa's location was also ideal, with plenty of opportunities for whale watching and exploring the beautiful surroundings of Hermanus.

Absolutely nothing.

All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the neighbourhood is quiet. The property is right opposite the beach, within walking distance.
