Shigakogen Olympic Hotel

The manager was exceptionally wonderful and a kind man. His staff were just as helpful and lovely. Best location and spacious rooms. Decent breakfast

ゲレンデの真前で立地が最高でした。駐車場への案内やスタッフの説明、対応などは非常に丁寧で迅速でした。また適切な対応でした。スキーロッカー付近も広く使いやすかった。

とにかく高い！インバウンドの影響で志賀高原自体の宿泊代が高騰していると思われます。一昔前であれば半額で宿泊できたと思われるホテルです。周りのお客さんは外国人ばかりでした。

Location great. Half way between two bus stops with only a 100-150m walk of each. Opposite family ski area (20m walk). Traditional room experience, with everything needed. Pillows terrible but with a little magic made our own solutions. Hotel staff lovely and accommodating to help us with our own needed dietary deviations (make sure you have a translation card to assist you to explain things).

It’s an aging hotel, don’t expect fresh new paint on the walls or new amenities etc. knowing this, there’s nothing to not like about the hotel.

Fantastic location right across from the chair lift. Lovely view from our room of the mountain. Staff were so helpful. Loved the onsen after a day of skiing.

We would have liked a few more vegetarian options at the buffet meals. Also, some extra lighting in the room (wardrobe area) would be great too as it is quite dark.

Excellent and helpful staff that aent all the way to make our stay a good one. Big rooms, comfortable. Good breakfast spread with Western and Japanese options. Veey close proximity to the ski facilities Easily accessible by local bus service.

Dated facilities, some are very old. Separated bath area, basin and toilet in the room.

Staff were friendly and accommodation was clean. Location is perfect

No storage for snowboards as I had to put in my room tatt was already small enough. Food was ok
