The location is great. Also the lounge area by the lobby

Booking was deceptive. I booked for 4 adults and 2 kids in a 6 futon room and when I arrive they thought it was only 4 adults. It was not very clean (I found previous guest clothes in the bathroom). The breakfast & dinner finish abruptly

Breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of options.

Rooms are very outdated and tiny. In comparison to every other location we stayed at including Tokyo, this room was outdated and tired.

Close to ski slope , provide half board package , price ok

Facility is a bit old , food are quite basic comparing to other hotel that provides more variety of food

Suveränt ski in/ski out läge vid liftarna. Mycket praktiskt med bra skidförvaring, eget bad på hotellet, bra frukost och middagsbuffe. Perfekt för de som vill fokusera på skidåkning. Suverän personal i receptionen som hjälpte oss boka billig busstransport till Nozawaonsen.

Traditional Japanese hotel, well maintained, ski hire and locker on site, good onsen, friendly staff and 5m to the main ski field. Finding dinner options can be tricky.

Wish there was a place to hang out after dinner. The cafe area shuts at 9pm and the table by reception has a big sign saying no eating or drinking.
