"Absolutely loved it would definitely recommend to others and return."

Great location, very close to main strip of Echoland, buses, food etc without being in the noisy centre of town. The property was exceptionally clean. It had a beautiful eating area and lounge to rest in. The property manager Nao-San was extremely accomodating and polite. We got in late after a long commute from Tokyo and we were greeted with a glass of bubbly each.

Friendly and very helpful. Great breakfasts, good choice of tea and coffee freely available to help yourself to.

Only one negative point, the drying room consists of only one heater meaning boots don’t always dry out. Modern boot blower stands would be better.

整体服务是非常用心的，早餐很好吃。设施会有一点年代感，但是质感和清洁度非常到位，所以完全符合我的预期，住的也很舒适。并且有几个很惊喜的点，供后续参考： -白马的饭点很繁忙，NAO帮我们推荐并预定订了几天的晚餐 -有提前空出的套房，主动邀请我们升级房间体验，并帮我们完整迁移了行李 -不慎遗落了物品，主动帮忙寄到新的地点 综合来说是非常满意的行程，值得一个大大的好评
